Gabby Arnott is a huge lover of kai and its power to facilitate connection to each other and the world around us. She’s part of Slow Food Youth Otago, a student-led group which challenges the disconnects she has observed while studying and she deals in real-time measurements of food waste from student residential halls, flats, and cafes. Gabby also helps out at the amazing Pōpopo in Ōtepoti, an onsite, large-scale composting and worm-farm system.
